1. Introduction

3. Who We Are and Our Licence
3.1 We are licensed and regulated in the State of Anjouan under license number ALSI-202508011-FI1.
3.2 Some game content is supplied by third‑party studios (including live dealer games). Where a studio operates its own environment, it is responsible for game fairness in that environment. Information about providers is available on request.
4. Who May Use the Service
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires), be a private individual acting for yourself, and be in a location where online gambling is lawful.
4.2 You must not access from, or be resident in, a Restricted Territory listed in Appendix A, and you must not use VPNs/proxies or other tools to mask your true location.

4.5 Use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to mask location is prohibited. Bets placed under masked or falsified location may be voided.
4.6 You are responsible for complying with local laws. Accessing the Service from a Restricted Territory may result in closure.
4.7 Where we determine a location breach occurred, we may void bets, cancel bonuses, and withhold or return funds as required.
5. Your Account
5.1 Registration: complete the sign‑up form accurately, choose a secure password, select your currency, and verify your contact details.
5.2 One account per person and one per household. If duplicates exist, tell us immediately. We may close duplicates and keep one account open.
5.3 Keep your details current. If you spot errors in your profile, correct them promptly or contact Support.
5.4 Your account is strictly personal to you. You may not open an account on behalf of another person or entity, nor may you transfer, sell, lend, share, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your account. All activity carried out through your login credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or permit third‑party access may lead to immediate suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.
6. Verification
6.1 We verify identity and payment ownership and, where required, the legitimacy of funds. We may ask for photo ID, proof of address, payment method verification, and source‑of‑funds/wealth documentation amongst other documentation.
6.2 We trigger enhanced checks where required by law or risk.
6.3 If you do not provide requested information, we may limit your account, withhold winnings, and/or close the account in line with regulation. Deposits may be returned where the law requires.
6.4 By using the Service, you consent to our use of third‑party verification providers and external databases to confirm your identity, payment method ownership, address, age, and source of funds. These checks may include sanctions lists, watchlists, politically exposed person (PEP) screening, adverse media checks, and financial crime databases. You agree to provide any additional information we request reasonably. Failure to do so may result in restricted functionality, suspended withdrawals, blocked transactions, or account closure
7. Your Security Responsibilities
7.1 Keep your login confidential. Unless caused by our negligence, you are responsible for activity under your credentials.
7.2 If you suspect compromise, tell us immediately. We may suspend access and reset credentials while we investigate.
8. Deposits
8.1 Available methods, processing times and any fees are shown on the Deposit page. Methods vary by country.
8.2 Use only payment methods in your own name.
8.3 If you deposit in a different currency, we convert at our selected FX rate; you bear any exchange costs.
8.4 We do not accept cash or deposits from illegal sources. We may use money/payment processors; your deposit may be treated as e‑money purchase/issuance before crediting your wallet here.
8.5 We do not provide credit outside of permitted promotions.
8.6 Your account is not a bank account; no interest is paid.
8.7 You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third‑party deposits are prohibited.
8.8 We may require renewed verification before processing withdrawals, especially where payment methods or transaction patterns change.
8.9 If the name on a payment method does not match your account details, we may void transactions and suspend your account pending verification.
8.10 We may prohibit certain payment methods for risk or regulatory reasons.
8.11 Where withdrawals cannot be returned to the original payment method, we may select an alternative method after verification or return deposits net of fees where legally permissible.
9. Payouts and Withdrawals
9.1 Winnings are credited when an event or game round is settled. If funds are credited by mistake, we will reverse them; if already withdrawn you must repay the amount on request.
9.2 You may request withdrawals up to your Available to Bet balance from the Withdrawal page. To withdraw your full balance, cancel outstanding bets first.
9.3 We aim to process withdrawals within up to 5 working days after successful checks; payment providers/banks may add additional time.
9.4 Unless we cannot do so for AML/operational reasons, we pay back to the same method(s) used for deposits. If multiple deposit methods were used, we may split withdrawals accordingly.
9.5 Daily withdrawal cap: USD 50,000 (or equivalent) per rolling 24 hours unless we agree otherwise.
9.6 If you request withdrawal without reasonable play, we may apply a reasonable administrative fee or ask for turnover consistent with anti‑fraud controls, as disclosed on the Withdrawal page.
10. Payment Services and Chargebacks
10.1 We may use third‑party processors/merchant banks. By using a method, you accept its terms where provided.
10.2 Chargebacks: If you raise a chargeback, we may block your account, recover the amount plus reasonable costs, and report suspected fraud. Your balance may become negative pending recovery.
10.3 In the event of a chargeback, we may suspend your account, recover reversed amounts, and deduct reasonable investigation and processing costs from your balance.
11. Pricing and Settlement Errors
11.1 We may void or adjust bets placed at materially incorrect odds (e.g., far from the general market) or accepted in error or placed after an event started due to a human/system error.
11.2 We may correct settlement mistakes and adjust your balance. If your account lacks sufficient funds, we may request repayment and cancel pending plays funded by the error.
12. Using the Service Fairly
12.1 We may refuse/limit bets, void, delay settlement or withhold winnings where we reasonably suspect insider knowledge, manipulation, match fixing, criminal proceeds, or breach of these Terms.
12.2 We monitor and report transactions in line with AML and integrity obligations.
13. Prohibited Conduct
13.1 Do not: exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; collude; chip‑dump; multi‑account; use bots/automation/solvers/AI; hedge arbitrage across outcomes to meet wagering; use someone else’s payment method; or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
13.2 We may suspend or close accounts, confiscate bonus derived winnings, and report suspected offences.
13.3 You must conduct yourself respectfully when interacting with our staff, other players, or live chat/community features. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to mute, restrict, suspend, or close accounts where such behaviour is observed or reported. We may record communications for training, integrity, and security purposes.
13.4 You may not use any software, script, robot, bot, scraper, solver, AI‑assistance tool, algorithm, or hardware device designed to interfere with, analyse, manipulate, or automate gameplay, account behaviour, or odds calculation. You must not intercept data, manipulate latency, exploit bugs, reverse‑engineer the platform, or tamper with communication between your device and our systems. Any such conduct will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to regulatory or law‑enforcement authorities.
13.5 Syndicate betting, coordinated betting, or group wagering to obtain an advantage is prohibited. Related bets may be voided.
13.6 Accounts linked by common payment methods, IPs, devices, or behavioural patterns may be restricted, and promotional eligibility removed.
13.7 You may not, in any manner, transfer funds between player accounts.
14. Products and Game‑Specific Rules
14.1 Game rules are shown in‑product and form part of these Terms. By playing, you accept those rules.
14.2 We may add or remove content without notice to maintain a compliant and secure offering.
14.3 Our RNG based games are supplied by certified providers and subject to testing for randomness and fairness. In the event of a malfunction or corrupted result, “malfunction voids all pays and plays” and the affected game rounds will be void.
14.4 Live dealer games may be hosted in third party studios. The studio’s house rules and procedures apply and may prevail in case of conflict. In case of misdeal, camera failure, or studio interruption, bets unsettled at the time of the interruption are void, while settled bets stand unless clearly affected by the malfunction.
15. Promotions and Bonuses
15.1 Eligibility: unless stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person/household/address/IP/device/payment method. Welcome offers are for new customers who have not previously held an account or received a welcome bonus.
15.2 Activation: some bonuses require manual claim while real money is available. If you play deposited funds before claiming, any lost funds cannot be used to activate the bonus.
16. Bonus Conditions

17.2 Where abuse is proven, we may cancel bonuses, remove bonus‑derived winnings, block participation in future promotions, and/or close the account.
17.3 We may refuse or amend a promotion if we detect abuse or technical issues, or where a promotion cannot proceed as planned.
17.4 No‑deposit/free‑spin maximum cashout before first deposit is USD100 (or equivalent), unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

20.6 Open bets may be settled or voided depending on the reason for closure. We may hold or reverse pending withdrawals subject to verification or legal requirements.

21. Inactive Accounts
21.1 An account is inactive after 12 months without login.
22. Miscarried or Aborted Games
22.1 If a game round is interrupted after a wager, we will try to restore it to the exact prior state. If restoration is not possible, we terminate the round and refund the stake. If a system malfunction occurs, all affected wagers are void.
22.2 Display, pricing, or odds errors may result in voided or corrected bets.

24.2 We process your personal data for purposes including identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and service improvement. We may share personal data with regulators, payment providers, AML screening partners, identity verification suppliers, game providers, and fraud‑prevention agencies where necessary to operate the Service.
25. Talking to Us and Other Players
25.1 Keep communications respectful. Do not harass, threaten, defame, or post hateful/sexual/offensive content. We may record support contacts, moderate chat, and remove access for breaches.
26. Anti‑Money Laundering and Sanctions
26.1 We monitor transactions and report suspicious activity under applicable AML/CFT and sanctions laws. We may suspend, block or close accounts and withhold funds where the law requires.
26.2 We may restrict, suspend or block your account if your activity raises concerns relating to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions exposure, corruption, or other forms of financial crime. Where required by law, we may freeze funds, halt transactions, or submit formal reports to competent authorities without notifying you. You acknowledge that we are legally prohibited from disclosing details relating to such reports.
27. Match Fixing & Sports Integrity
27.1 We may suspend markets, delay settlement, withhold payment or declare bets void if we reasonably believe an event’s integrity is compromised or under investigation.
27.2 We may suspend accounts during investigations and request your cooperation. You can report concerns at support@playgurus.com.
28. Intellectual Property and Site Technology
28.1 We and our licensors own the software, trademarks, content and odds. No scraping, copying or monitoring without written permission. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.
28.2 All software, graphics, text, algorithms, odds compilation, trademarks, audio‑visual content, and underlying technologies made available through the Service remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, copy, monitor, scrape, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent
29. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Language
29.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Anjouan, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live. We may publish multiple language versions; the English version prevails if there is any inconsistency.
29.2 We may assign, transfer, or novate our rights or obligations under these Terms to another licensed operator, affiliate, or successor entity without requiring your prior consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms.
30. Appendix A — Restricted Territories
A.1 You may not register or play from: United States (and its territories), United Kingdom, Germany, France (and territories), Netherlands (and territories), Spain, Austria, Union of Comoros, any FATF‑blacklisted country, any location prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, or any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
